It was reasonably priced. I enjoyed this low cost hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The food was fabulous and the staff were very amiable and super friendly. The location was perfect; close to a museum and a church. What's more, it was close to the train station.

This place is sooo overrated, the air conditioner barely worked, and why is there no staff when I needed assistance? I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but nope! Absolutely nothing. I wanted to give a good review, but it was just too much to handle, a disaster staying here!

fashionable & neat rooms with a litte table, a double bed, as for instance. lots of goodies for breakfast. absolutely perfect and nice location to get to a museum and a church located close to the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights with our two teenagers at this lovely B&B. The rooms were beautifully clean, and the kitchen was a nice spot for a quick breakfast before heading out. The tram stop right across the street made it easy to explore Florence.
In my wife's opinion, the air conditioning could definitely be improved.
